• How do I update my vehicle's license plate information?

    If you have an active permit, you can update your vehicle's information by logging in to myparking.catholic.edu, selecting "My Permits" from the menu bar at the top of the page, and then selecting "Update Permit" next to the vehicle that you wish to change.

  • How do I register an additional vehicle under my permit?

    A maximum of three vehicles can be registered under one permit. If you have an active permit, you can register an additional vehicle by logging in to myparking.catholic.edu, selecting "Apply for a Permit" from the menu bar at the top of the page, and then selecting the permit option that begins with "Additional Vehicle."

    Please note that while you may have up to three vehicle registered under one permit, only one vehicle may be parked on campus at a time. 

  • How can I appeal a parking violation?

    For all students, faculty, and staff: If you received a parking violation, you can submit an appeal within 10 days from the violation date by logging in to myparking.catholic.edu, selecting "My Tickets/Appeals", and then choosing "Appeal this ticket." 

    Once an outcome is determined based on your stated appeal grounds, an update will be provided in your MyParking account. If an appeal is approved, the ticket will be closed an no further action will be necessary. If an appeal is denied, the ticket will remain open and payment will be due. 

    For all visitors/guests: If you received a parking violation, you can submit an appeal by completing the parking ticket number request form and emailing your appeal grounds to cua-transportation@cua.edu. There is a 10 day appeal window on all parking violations.

  • What does a ticket status of "Xferred to Billing" or "Paid" mean?

    A ticket status of "Xferred to Billing" means that your ticket  has been extracted from our system for payment processing. As a student, this ticket status generally means that your appeal window has expired and the parking violation fine amount will be posted to your student account in Cardinal Station. 

    A ticket status of "Paid" means that the parking violation was paid online/in our office, or, for students, it can mean that the parking violation has been posted to your student account in Cardinal Station. 

  • Why is there a parking fine on my student account?

    If a student receives a parking violation and does not pay/appeal the ticket within 10 days of the violation date, the fine is automatically posted to the student's account in Cardinal Station. If a student submits an appeal and the appeal is not an approved, the parking violation is automatically posted to Cardinal Station. 

    Students may review their parking violations by logging in to myparking.catholic.edu and selecting "My Tickets/Appeals" from the menu bar at the top of the page.
